JW Marriott Tomorrow Square, Shanghai

Stockyard, in cooperation with Premium Foods China and JW Marriott Tomorrow Square recently held an Australian beef promotion. Australian guest Chef Peter Van Es worked with Executive Chef Rene Oskam and his team to produce mouth watering beef dishes with Stockyard Wagyu and Angus.


Over the course of a week, events were held including a media cooking school and lunch, chef’s table and degustation menu for guests. Beef dishes including pickled Wagyu brisket, Flat Iron and braised beef ribs were paired with a selection of Australian wines.
