Ingredients
- 500g Stockyard sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 200g dried rice noodles (cook these as per packet instructions or alternatively use fresh)
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup spring onions, sliced into 2 inch pieces

method
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add canola & sesame oil to pan and heat for 30 seconds along with the minced garlic and grated ginger until you can smell an aromatic aroma.
- Add the beef and stir fry for 1 minute until the beef starts to brown.
- Add the onions and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked or fresh rice noodles and continue to stir fry until the noodles have been completely separated.
- Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, then bean sprouts, stir fry for 1 minute or until noodles are thoroughly heated, tossing to combine.
- Lastly add the green onions and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy.
