We have once again been recognised at the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards, with our premium Wagyu brand, Stockyard Black, awarded the Grand Champion Beef title and the prestigious Dick Stone Perpetual Trophy. The achievement marks our fourth consecutive Champion Beef win, reflecting our longstanding commitment to quality, consistency and excellence.

Stockyard Black is derived from leading Wagyu genetics and fed a nutritionally balanced, natural grain ration at our Kerwee Feedlot on Queensland’s Darling Downs. The result is the exceptional marbling, flavour and eating quality for which the brand is renowned.

Our ongoing success is underpinned by our focus on genetics, supported by continued investment in our breeding program and strong partnerships with leading producers, including long-standing supplier Diamond Cattle Company, which supplied the winning Grand Champion entry.

Alongside the Grand Champion success of Stockyard Black, our Marble Score 9+ offering, Stockyard Kiwami, was awarded a Gold Medal in the Open Class, while our long-fed Angus product, Stockyard Gold, also received Gold Medal honours in the Grain Fed Class.
